Bonnie has acted professionally in film and television but her primary credits are in theatre. Stage credits include Dame Hannah in Ruddigore, Sylvia Pankhurst and the “Music Hall Star” in Oh What a Lovely War, three productions of Midsummer Night’s Dream as Puck, “Rita Wince” (Peter Quince) and Peaseblossom; Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet, Alice in Henry V, The Duenna in Cyrano, a touring production of Shakespeare’s Ladies as Lady M, Mistress Page, Gertrude, and many more.
Training includes classical theatre at BADA (British American Drama Academy) in Oxford, at Shakespeare and Company in Lenox, Massachusetts and in Los Angeles with Kate Geer. Also extensive Improv with various teachers including Second City, The Groundlings, and private teachers Larry Anderson and Ray Bengston, Alexander work, Linklater voice, acting with Darryl Hickman, classical singing with Donald Stenberg and legit with Calvin Remsberg.
She’s been a member of several theatre companies in Los Angeles and also reads audiobooks professionally. Her BA in Music was in voice and classical guitar.
